The conversation around registration optimization has long centered on the form itself: field count, mobile responsiveness, payment friction, and drop-off patterns. These are legitimate concerns. But the evidence increasingly suggests that a substantial share of registration failures occur not during the form-filling process, but in the minutes and hours that follow submission.
